Nova Lab Solutions sells laboratory consumables and accessories: vial storage, cold-chain transport, glassware and closures, labelling, and temperature monitoring. Product descriptions and specifications are as accurate as we can make them; minor variations in colour, finish or packaging may occur. Product images are illustrations and may differ slightly from the item delivered.
Prices are shown in euros (EUR). The total displayed at checkout, shipping included, is the full amount you pay; nothing is added afterwards. Prices may change at any time; the price that applies is the one displayed when you place your order. Promotional codes apply only when entered before payment.
By completing payment you place a binding order. Payment is processed securely by PayPal; we do not receive or store your card or bank details. After payment, an order reference (format NLS-…) is displayed on screen: keep it for any request about your order. We may refuse or cancel an order in case of suspected fraud, payment irregularity, obvious pricing error or unavailable stock; any amount already paid is then refunded in full.
We ship to the countries listed at checkout. The available shipping options (Mondial Relay pickup point, Chronopost, home delivery) and their cost are shown before you confirm your order. Delivery usually takes 7 to 30 days from payment, depending on product availability and destination. We are not liable for delays caused by the carrier or by circumstances beyond our reasonable control. Risk passes to you when the parcel is handed to you or to a person you designated. If a parcel arrives damaged, note your reservations with the carrier where possible and email us photos within 48 hours of delivery.
If you are a consumer in the EU/EEA, you have 14 days from receipt of the products to withdraw from your purchase without giving a reason. Products must be returned unused, complete and in their original packaging. Return shipping costs are borne by you, unless the product is non-conforming or damaged. The procedure is described in our Refund Policy.
Consumers benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity and the guarantee against hidden defects under the law of their country of residence. If a product is defective or not as described, contact us and we will repair, replace or refund it.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability arising from an order is limited to the amount paid for that order, and we are not liable for indirect losses. Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot be limited by law. The products are intended for laboratory use and for the storage and transport of samples and temperature-sensitive items; you are responsible for using them in accordance with their description and the regulations that apply to you.
This website, its texts and its images belong to Nova Lab Solutions or its licensors and may not be reproduced without permission. The names of carriers and payment providers belong to their respective owners.
These Terms are governed by the laws of New Mexico, United States, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer-protection rules of your country of residence.
